Privacy and Your Information

This website represents it's artist and is hosted through SongTakes. The artist manages their website content and communications with fans. SongTakes provides website hosting, subscription management, analytics, and related technical services.

Information Collected

When you visit this website, technical and activity information may be collected, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral sources, and interactions with music, links, and forms. This information is used to operate and secure the website, measure visitor activity, and help the artist understand engagement with their content.

If you submit a form, the information you provide is used to handle your request. Sending an inquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotional emails.

Mailing Lists and Artist Updates

If you choose to subscribe to artist updates, your email address and any other details you submit are stored through SongTakes and made available to the artist and their authorized team. These details are used to send the artist updates described when you subscribe, which may include music releases, shows, merchandise, and related news.

The artist may export their subscriber list and use an external email service to deliver these communications. The artist is responsible for their campaigns, their handling of exported information, and honouring consent and unsubscribe requests. SongTakes remains responsible for its own handling of personal information under applicable law.

Managing Your Preferences

You can manage your artist subscriptions through your SongTakes email settings. You can also unsubscribe using the link in an artist's marketing emails or contact the artist using the details below.

Changes made in SongTakes do not automatically update copies previously exported to external email services. Artists remain responsible for applying withdrawal requests to the mailing lists they use. For messages delivered through an external service, its unsubscribe link provides a direct way to stop those messages.

Analytics and Tracking

Depending on the features enabled by the artist, this website may use SongTakes analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.

Google Analytics helps measure website traffic and visitor activity. Meta Pixel helps measure advertising results and may support targeted advertising. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and transmit information about your device and website activity to their providers.
